Sahaj Booking is a trusted travel booking aggregator portal operated by Niveum Private Limited. This portal is committed to providing transparent and fair refund policies for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for bookings made through Sahaj Booking.
Flight Bookings:
- Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Sahaj Booking receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Sahaj Booking paid at the time of booking, if any is non-refundable fee.
- All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Sahaj Booking, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Sahaj Booking service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
- The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Sahaj Booking will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same credit card; like-wise if the User used a debit card, Sahaj Booking will credit the money to the same debit card.
- In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
Hotel Bookings:
- Refund eligibility for hotel bookings is subject to the policies of the respective hotels.
- Users are advised to review the cancellation and refund policies of the hotel before making a booking.
- Any refund requests for hotel bookings must be made directly with the hotel in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Bus and Train Bookings:
- Refund eligibility for bus and train bookings is subject to the policies of the respective bus or train operators.
- Users are advised to review the cancellation and refund policies of the bus or train operator before making a booking.
- Any refund requests for bus or train bookings must be made directly with the operator in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Holiday Packages:
